8250 'Contact Service'

Hey can any nokia expert tell me why my 8250 show contact service ?????It is not software problem!when i use wintesla to read it it show this message :

MCU RAM COMPONENT:NOT EXECUTED
MCU EEPROM COMPONENT:NOT EXECUTED
RTC BATTERY :NOT EXECUTED
A/D CONVERTER:NOT EXECUTED
SW RESET:NOT EXECUTED
POWER OFF:NOT EXECUTED
COBBA PARARREL:FAILED

Usually the contact service would appear on case that the
eeprom didn't match to the software's eeprom image.
Sometimes it would occur in a bad reset, when eeprom is regogniced incorrectly. Also a bad FAID would made that problem... So in fix a would suggest that you flash your phone and update the FAID...

try to re hot cobba
or replace if not work after tuning in software
