8850 to 8855 Failed !!

1st i've download full flash from other 8855 set . 00200000 - 00600000 .(~4MB) , the i start flashing my nokia 8850 with
this 8855 full flash with XPMobile flasher(the only knok for 8855).
but something strange happen , flashing end as OK as the last message from knok . but the address is not right , it end at address 003FFFFF , which i believe this is 8850 address including
EEPROM area . why can't it end at 00600000 .

8855- mcu+ppm = 00200000-00580000
eeprom = 00580000-00600000

what could be the reason ? do i need to replace the flash IC ?

offcourse u need to replace the falsh ic with a 4mb one, i am also looking for the ic but not able to locate it,,, tell me if u get it from somewhere.
