now i downloaded this file nhl4u-0474a this is the software update version for the 7210 now how do i update my phone with this software...................plz im desperate help !!!!

Hi There
what you need to do is buy a flasher cable and download flasher software.

or

if you contact a nokia store or carphone warehouse etc they should be able to do this for you for a small fee

what cable do I need to flash 7210 or 7250?
is DKU-5 enough? what is fbus/mbus cable?

hi you need a flasher box like a griffin (I dont 100% know what i am talking about here, just saying what i have picked up) I think you can also use a pure m/bus cable, hope someone will put me right on what i have said, thanks

u cant do it with an fbus/mbus cable

No i am definately sure that you cant use a f/m bus cable.
