Nokia 6230 Bluetooth and infrared problems...

Hi all,

Great site, btw!

I think I may just have a faulty handset, but wanted to check with others to see if the same has happened to them.

My infrared and bluetooth turn on fube, but they don't find ANYTHING. With IR, I can't send anything to another friend's mobile and can't connect to my laptop. With my bluetooth, I can't find anyone -- not my partner's nokia, not my friend's nokia or another friend's ericcson, and certainly not my laptop.

I doubt I'm doing something wrong...Any thoughts?

EDIT: Okay, so fiddling with the phone, I can now send and receieve business cards with a nokia 7250, but not pictures....and I somehow now can view other nokias when I do searches in bluetooth. No idea how it'll work with my laptop....

Still...any thoughts?
