    7610 speaker problem

    i need some help
    my 7610 sound is weak i can hardly hear it
    i changed the speaker but the same
    even on the headset the same

    what is the problem ??

    is it a software problem ?

    the sound is too weak when im talking
    so i cant hear well

    Are you sure you have turned the volume up?

    Also type in *#0000# and post what it says. It will tell you what firmware version is on the phone.
