Need help Unlocking N-Gage

i have just tried to generate an unlock code for my orange n-gage ,
using dct-4 ,
i typed the code in without the sim card .
and i got code error ,
i double checked the imei i typed and code 7 before i pressed the last #

I have used the same program to unlock 2 nokia 3300 on orange with no hassle.
i used same program to do a nokia 6100 and i had trouble with that one .

Do i use type 2 codes for n-gage or do i use type 5 .

If someone can give me the codes please so i can compare them to what my dct4 generated ,thanks

,just a thought but when entering the codes on ngage without the sim in i noticed that it was holding on to the dtmf tones as i was entering them ,also
the sim card that orange supplied is not registered yet.
The phone on first boot did inform me that phone restriction was on .
i.e (locked)

So i have already had 1 code error .

i already took the chance and generated codes with tyoe 5 v2 codes and i unlocked it ,
