ngage unlock problem

Got a new ngage today in the post. i have unlocked many in the past but this one will not take the code.

Can someone with a diffrent calculater i have tryed SmartDCT4 and the code is this #pw+199174527753276+7#
and they are v2 codes.

ORANGE: UK
PHONE: NGAGE

p.s this is a very new one had to wait to get it and have tryed 3 codes allready
