Anyone has modified ppm and add other ringtones on it
I want to add some at my nokia 8250 v 312

How to EXTRACT the downloaded sms ring tonesin the Eeprom area) and then put it back to the PPM area?)

I did use the ppm manager to add at my 8210 some ringtones
from 5210 (tot.5) and corect ppm checksum-flash it update with nk_calc eeprom tools 3.1 nokia tool Rolis,No network and restart by itself,When i update faid with mbus faid by tek tha phone block and take no command.
Can you tell us how did you update faid please

Since we're dealing with [color=sky blue]Modified PPM[/color], This time we'll need a logger with a faid calculator (not the ones used by dejan's nk_calc.com and bphreak's eepromtool 3.1 and rolis noktool1.7b).

We can use either Koci logger along with davieb's faid calculator, Bphreaks' logger 1.1 to 2.0 along with Tek's Faid Calculator.

Both will need the modified mcu+ppm file (note: no pmm+eeprom) and the msid of your phone.
