weired problem in A1018s

hi mates..
i have 2 units of ericsson A1018.
one has "Insert Correct card " and another one has "Phone locked"
i tryied following softwares and got these messages, also changed cable, charged full battery,cleared pin contacts and even changed PC..

P.S. i m using 6xx,7xx cable
