hi guys. heard from a fren tat there are a lot of symbian and bluetooth experts here.. Whoever you are ... i need some help.

i recently bought a belkin f8t003 usb bluetooth. installed the driver and encountered a funny problem. i can only transfer files from my pc to my mobile phone but not the other way round! one of my buddy saw a thread here somewhere regarding "altering" your windows registry to make my pc accept a file transfer from my phone. can some experts here guide me thru this?
