I came on looking for a way to unlock my new 6230 so I could get my numbers off my old SIM.. couldn't find anything

but eventually after arsing about with different unlock programs and discovering the DCT-3 data cable for my 6210 doesn't work for unlocking (had to unearth my old windows 98 laptop to find that out, grrrr) - after all that I registered with the forum and used the auto generator on the site, and it gave me a code which successfuly unlocked my 6210

so I've been able to put my new sim card in the old 6210 and copy my phone numbers on to it.

looking at them on the 6230 they're a bit mangled.. but better than nothing, and I can IR across the ones with multiple numbers.

oddly since the unlock my 6210 is now showing the line 2 diverted symbol.. though i don't have line 2.. weird.

still, I don't care. going to sell it soon.
