Hi, I have the same problem with 2 Nokias (one 6225 and 2112), My phones connect Ok with Diego Software V 2.14.004 SP1 (Status Connected) but I get "Model: Unknow" in the status box and is imposible to work with these phones. I have another 6225 that connect perfect.

Help of Diego show the following about "Model: Unknow" error on Hints and Tips section:

"Tracing may have been turned on within the phone. Tracing has to be turned off before DIEGO will connect to the phone"

TRACING? What is "Tracing"? where is the option to turn off??

Please Help!
