6600 Sim Card not recognised - killed the wife's mobile!

[hambrook]

I have a Nokia 6600 fw 4.09.1 NHL 10 locked to Vodafone UK.

After using NokiaFREE 3.10 I got the message "sim card not restricted:
#pw+049 373 560 716 322+1#
#pw+982 822 204 071 276+2#
#pw+488 787 701 600 334+3#
#pw+299 955 611 702 601+4#
#pw+808 091 326 613 141+5#
#pw+886 121 504 414 075+6#
#pw+925 762 640 320 011+7#

Now the original Vodfone sim and the two O2 pay as you go all say "Sim Card Not Recognised--- HELP!"
