here is my procedure... using 8210 5.31 Pack C...

change the outbox code... which is 1C to 4E of security level...
copy a message header, message null line, outbox code... which is

located at 0013F734 (0033F734)... of free mcu space...

change the header pointer with 0033F740 and change the header 09 to 01... which it will look like this...

now locate the Security Level header...

using your method with NocDoc additional information...
836 ENGL None... convert it to hex and add 04 in front... and search it... which is

found it at 0012E6A0 (0033E6A0)... search it again and found it at 0013A6D0 (0033A6D0)... look upward for the header... and found it at 0013A6B8 (0033A6B8 )... which is

000000000000000000000000013100DC000000131000001B

then search it again... and found it not that far... at 0013A718 (0033A718 )... which is

0033A6B803600A35

change it the to new menu address which is located at 0013F734 (0033F734)... now it look like this

0033F73403600A35

save the flash file... then flash it...

well after i input the security code at outbox menu... the phone freeze... did I made a mistake... i appreciate it if you can give some more info... thanks a lot...
