something my friend has downloaded has blocked his 3650 and will only let him type numbers, can anybody please tell me the reset code for the 3650 and hopefully that will work

i think you installed wildskinz...
try the solution i posted before...
install wildskinz again, tun it off.. restart the phone...
uninstall wildskinz again...
that is if you installed wildskinz befrore...
