Strange, Please Help Menu/Options Missing with Orange Sim Card!

Hi all, I have a small problem that i hope you all can help. I have a orange pay as you go sim card which when placed in my 3210 some of menus are missing like the 'write message' and 'network search' its all functions fine though i.e make calls etc.... I have tried the sim in a few other phones and it is fine. I have tried a different orange sim from a friend in my 3210 phone and all the menus show up. Strange isn't it!? So, does anybody know how I can fix the problem? I thought it was the sim but it works on other phones fine, I thought it was my phone but other orange sims work in it fine with all menus - i'm not sure what it is but I hope you can help!
Is there maybe a program to release all menus available on a phone? I personally don't think it is the sim but I would like to hear your suggestions and maybe if anybody has had the same problem and sorted it.

I had the same problem with my 3310. After looking around some sites some people suggested I use a program called Nkprofile which you can find in the logomanager webpage. On the other hand you could simply go to an orange shop and tell them as I did. They told me to call customer service and since they charge these calls I asked if they could call for me from their phone. They said that I would have to know the secret number I had given them when I activated the card. Anyway to make a long story short I spoke to a lady, told her the problem and she sent me a SIM update SMS and the problem was fixed. That's it
