    HELP!!! please IR = DEAD

    can somebody help me please.
I just found out that the IR on my phone is dead instead of my IrDA usb adapter. So is there a way to fix it?

for a short moment my pc detects the nokia. but is disconnected a few seconds later. this goes on two or three times and then it stops.

    HELP !!!!!!

    thanx in advance

    bye bye

The same happens to my laptop and the IR every now and again. I reset the phone and it works perfect every time it happens.

    Talking I got it

I solved my problem with the ir/usb adapter.
the problem was the adapter's driver. i just searched for a better driver and now it works just fine

I have the same problem when trying to connect my mobile to my laptop (or another laptop)...
It worked previously, and since a week or two, it doesn't work as it should..

How did you solve that? Reinstalling a driver??
