I downloaded excel full version and also translator all in zip. The files are jad and jar file only. So how do I use them? How do I load them into my phone? (7650, 3650)

Thanks! I sucessfully send thru infrared and installed but question is wheres d apps? The files is from Excell Full.zip and contain microcalc.jad and jar.
