Help: how to move all programs to MMC from Phone Memory??

I have seen this question asked many times, however the answers remain unclear. I am buying a 128MB MMC card and I want to move everythign in my C: (internal memory) to my E: (MMC card). Does the nokia have some kidn of 'registry' like Windoze does? Does it force you to run the programs from a certain location? What is the best way to accomplish this to clear up my memory on my phone? I've had this phone for about 24 hours and I'm already getting out of memory error. Thanks and cheers (for our Brit friends)

the simplest and definitely safest method will be to delete all the app u want to transfer from the phone mem to the mmc. then reinstall them into the mmc.

i dont think there is any easy method to do wat u said.

    way

as what 3650Phr34k said yes you can install all to the mmc upon installation process but still I check it installs some files on C: and the more apps you install on the mmc the c: get's deducted in space as well, I think this is what he means and this is also what I wanted to ask is there a probable way for this? because even with windows XP you I install to my d: partition but still my c: partition holds most of the drivers or dll's for the progs/apps installed on the d: partition.

Hello gentlemen, first off thank you all. Second, RatskyToo is right, when I install an app, it installs some files in the C: (internal phone memory). Now, when I did backup my C: to my E: (MMC), it created 1 backup file 2mb big. I think it takes all of the files, compresses them, and stores it as 1 file, and there is probably some restore feature. It doesn't look like the backup feature will just make it run from the E: drive. What I am looking for is to completely leave my C: memory alone, and install EVERYTHING on my E: drive. If a few bytes need to be written to C:, I can understand that, but right now, it's taking up way too much space.

Also, does anyone have any luck with those space doubler programs? I'm afraid of decreased performance or other glitches/problems if I install it. Thanks in advance again.
