Read only file on Phone Memory (3650)

I have 3 read only files on my phone memory of my 3650. I use a mmc card reader to get files on my phone. I use Fexplorer to manage files. (i.e. copy a sis file on mmc and "execute" it with the fexplorer to install it) I accidentaly copied this read only files on the phone memory. Now i cant delete them. I always get an error, as these are the only read only files on the phone i assume this causes it. Do you know a programm that can change the attributes of the files or even can delete read only files? would be great to have this 500kb back

When there is no such programm, is it possible to delete this files if i use a ired cable with pcsuite (friend of mine has one)

back on your pc right click the file, that is in ur phone, for properties and u will see an option boxes..................................uncheck the read only box and then u can delete the file.............................................hope so
