6210 powers itself on!

I have a 6210 with a really strange problem - when i connect the battery, the phone swithces on by itself after a few seconds!

Once the phone is on, the power button works as normal, so i dont think this is the problem, and it doesnt appear to be stuck on.

Also, when i switch the phone off, it then switches itself back on after a few seconds again.

I have looked at the pcb and cant see anything obviously wrong, have cleaned the power button up a bit...

Anyone have an idea whats wrong?

I think this means change the on/off switch - but as i have already said, the button works fine when the phone is on, so i dont think this can be the problem, if i am wrong then please let me know.
