3650 Reports Folder????

I sent a TXT message and I turned ON the RECEIVE REPORT option now there's a file on my REPORTS FOLDER saying that is PENDING how do I delete this b'cuz the only OPTION I get is CALL, HELP and EXIT... Can someone help me? It's been there for 3 days now. Can I use a File Manager to take it out?

go to the LOG on the menu, press right on ur joystick, click options and choose clear log.
