Do I have to use a M2Bus cable to upload ringtones?

Or can I just use my ordinary Dejan Flasher. Since the flash file is from my phone, I dont have to calculate FAID, right? So, I dont have any use for a M2Bus cable for this?

Even if your flash file is from your phone you must update faid after modifying it..
at least you must update the faid only one time then when moding a new flash file kill the FAID check by using g3n0lite..after that any other FAID killed flash file will work on your phone without needing to update the faid any more...

for logo it will be better to use rx tx gnd cable it will work faster

if you modify flash use g3nol you have option to kill faid
