Activation fee

Hey

i was just wondering if there is a way of getting around paying the $50 dollar activation fee for rogers at&t for their prepaid service....is it possible to sumhow just get the phone to accept perpaid card pins? the phone im trying to do this with is..lol..a nokia 918p

so is this possible? or no? i mean even if i get it to sumhow accept the card....how will assign it a NAM (or phone number)?

any info would be greatly appreciated!
