Hi! I fix it up!
Here is the tip.....
There are special plates with holes in them tha coresponds do the pads of the chips..using this plates We can build pins on the chips that is important cause it is pretty hard to place the chip on PCB in every other way..so put the plate over the chip with soldering iron build pins /temp must be aroun 315-325 degrees/
After that veri gently clean the pads on the PSB...apply some flux
on the PCB...place the chip carefuly and heat it up with the smd rework station.../temp around 375-400 degrees/ I heat the chip and PCB around 30 sec. Dont pres the chip...it will damage the pins You bild with the plate...after You solder the chip leave the PCB to get cool for approx 10 min..than clean the flux very good /it is important cause the flux is conductive at that frequency/
Be very careful and cool when You doing that change..some times You may need a half an houer to do that...
Hope that can help You all....../sorry for my english/
Regards!
