Please tell me How do I Restore my 3650 back to the day I bought it ?

Hi,

I am getting memory full errors when I try and open most App's or Games.
I have deleted most of them and remain with very few, yet I still get a Memory full error, even if I try and open realoneplayer, the phone also switches itself off by itself.
I have Restored it to Factory Defaults, this has not worked.
I can not use my backup on Nokia PC suite as it is the same as what is on the phone at the moment.
I have a 128mb mmc card.

Please tell me How do I Restore my 3650 back to the day I bought it ?

To format your 3650 type *#7370# on the main screen. The default security code is 12345.
