    Unhappy have you got what it takes???

    my siemens says Network Lock when I switch on ! I have just got a new Sim Card and it comes up with a message Network Lock!!! I have been reading the posts but it is like reading foreign language. Can some-one please explain in some detail how and why to rectify this? I f i need software please point me in the right direction?? Your help is appreciated ! Cheers!!! MY IMEI:350673514941087/ VERSION:06
