sim card registration failed

i have amoody 8310 that i know has been unlocked properly and the phone is not stolen yet i still get the above message up

Also , this is the weird bit sometimes when i turn the phone on it works and i have made calls on it then it crashes again


any help would be well received

Sounds more like a network fault! Ring your provider and complain! Don't bother going into the shop as the people there don't know anything about phones!
