Reminder when 7650 if off

Example: I put a birthday reminder with an alarm a date with let's say 8:00 o'clock am. If I turn on the phone after 8 o'clock let's say 9 it wont remind you!!!!!!!!!!

Is there a way to make it possible????????

With my old 8310 if you had a reminder and the time passed by it would remind you as soon as you turned the phone back on.
