3310/3330 probs

I have a lot of 33's with same probs. I read a lot about reheating and reballing of various parts. Can anyone tell me what this means and what is involved in doing this??

What this means is that certain components on the PCB sometimes become detached or have dry joints! This will cause many differnt faults around the board! You will need an SMD Rework station and many other hardwares, this is expensive though! Use the search function to find some more info!
