HELP NEEDED WITH DIV 8.2 AND T610 IMEI CHANGE

I have div 8.2 cloned version and im trying to to change imei.All i do is full avr and arm files when complete i then change imei then i get signal up down up down then no access what am i doing wrong could some kind guy give simple clear step by step instructions
