Nokia 3310 down

I try to connect to mobile mbus cable, but from it any strange crash and mobile not power on. Flasher (74hc04) says:
"Press power on shortly"
I pressed...
"NHM-5 phone not put TX line low for bootstrap begin"

or window:
"Power OFF mobile first and then connect
(or check cable: phone TX=low(0) expected but phone TX=high read)"

What could happen and how repair?

i thougth if i reflash it then it will b alright, but no joy
it just wont turn on.

your phone battery might not have enough power in it connect your charger when it says power on phone may even need to press the power button on the phone aswell

Battery is full. I try to connect charger, but phone don't reply.

if you are sure the battery is ok. i would look at the power switch to see if the switch is stuck down .as if the the phone has been badly flashed and the switch is down which means you will not be able to reflash the phone
