Hi Folks

I've a small problem, but my daughter have a bigger problem.

Her 3650 need a software update, so i tried to do a backup with PCSuite, but this proces keep crashing.

So i was thinking; i can find ringtones and photos and copy them to my computer, not a problem.
But where, and how, is text message (SMS) stored on the phone??
Can i just copy a folder/some files to the computer, then make the software update, copy back the text message (SMS) to the phone, and all will be happy.

I'll appreciate all the help folks
