Help !!!!! deleting file in 3100 !!!!!!!

I copied files(mid and gif) to 3100 with OPM2.2 using serial cable 6100. I notcied that files bigger than 20k will not get copied fully and an empty file will created in the phone and can be deleted. But for some reasons, few files am not able to delete, the delete option is not avilable when i select the file.
How do i delete those 0kb empty file???? I tried with OPM wasnt succssful.
