T68i Software Reload

Need help with my T68i.

I have changed sims and when I enter new sim, phone displays enter correct sim card.

It is not due to NCK lock from the network provider because the handset is not linked to provider.

I have contacted sonyericsson and they suggested a software reload for the phone. Does anyone know where I can get this and how to load it ?

HI

software upgrades are available from major service centers ring ericssons hotline and they will tell you the nearest one to you.

Your problem might be the sim you are using in it is a old one and the phone isnt reconising it. Check this by trying another sim from the network in it.

Also enter <**< to check if the phone is locked if it asks you for a NCk code or NCSK etc then is is locked.
