    Question Samsung N620

    Hey, i was wondering if anyone could help me?! I recently bought a samsung N620 second hand over the net, and the bloody thing looks like it's barred! Will not let me select any network!
    Is there anyway of fixing this? And if so, what do i do?
    {do i have to get a new IMEI number or something?!}
