On the schematic i have posted where i have circled in red do both of these wires go to pin 9 ?? as im stuck at the moment and these are the last wires to do

I have just finished making the flasher cable as in the pic above and it works 100% in knok phoneix and rollis 4.79 so simple to make and under £2 for parts
took about an hour to make....
