How can I get Nok Phoenix to Run?

Hi, i'm having trouble running Phoenix program on my PC. I have tried to use "Dongle Emulator" with a file captured of a Dongle i don't know. I enable emulator but when i load Pheonix, it still calls for DESkey. Anyone has a suggestion or a "Dongle Emulator" file that works well?
I have to repair a lot of phones here, i need to load Pheonix!
