My 2100 can´t call...is flashing problem????

hi friends! y have a 2100 and when y tryed to unlock th computer set me an error and then y try to do another time and it goes. but i can´t call becous when y try it does a "bip bip bip".i´ve read that i have to change imei but i don´t have a imei number and i´ve proove inserting imei codes but it doesn´t run....please if anyone can help me, answer....sorry for my bad inglish(i´m spanish...)thanks!
