Help with uploading apps to my 6600

i just bought my phone n dun know how to upload apps, wallpapers,sounds from my PC (which are in the SIS format) to my phone. i know this may sound stupid but u guys can help!

You have Bluetooth or Infrared?

EIther way, you just right-click and you send it to your phone. Different BT software vary, but the concept are the same

Send it via BT/IRDA to your phone, and it'll end up in your Messages Inbox. Open it and it will start installing. Follow the instructions after that

You can also install SIS and JAR files through the Nokia PC Suite for your phone, but I can't be bothered going into too much detail ... but all you have to do is double click on the SIS file when there is a BT or IRDA connection active.

For JAR files, you have to install a SIS file first. When its completed, dont press Finished ... but click on "Add Component" and select the JAR ... and install
