advice on 3210 needed!!

hi i'm new in here, i have spent ages doing a search but couldn't find the answer to my query!
i have a nokia 3210 i have used the code i got from the dct3 it said sim restriction is off, but when i insert card it says sim card not accepted
any ideas?

There are up to a possible of 4 codes you may need to enter as there are 4 locks

Try generating the lock2 code for your phone

How do I get the 2nd, 3rd & 4th codes ? I used the crux calc & from what I can see it only gives 1 code. I am a beginner at this, please help.
I have a 3210 which the sim is unlocked but the phone security code is unpassable.
I just want to reset everything back to its default (including security code, which I had forgotten).

You can only calculate codes 1 and 2 for now
to calculate code 2 you must know the GID1 code

The default security code is 12345 if that helps
the only way to reset the phone completely is with a data cable or flash cable
