HELP ME OBI-ONE Nokia 3310 PUK code required

I would be very grateful for some assistance with unlocking my Nokia 3310. It is on Orange in the UK. I was messing around with the security options and it is now asking for a PUK code. I have tried entering the info into the code generator but cant see to enter the # or * keys. Not sure i am even doing the right thing?? The code on the phone is 350139201068519.

Puk number is required when you have blocked your sim, contact your service provider they will supply you with the code
