SERIOUS problems

Hi everyone ,

I am a first poster here. Had a serious problem hope everyone can help me.

I'm having constant stomachache. And everytime I go to the latrine, I just shit out everything in my tummy. It's the kind of brown substance (light colored ones...) and the pain is hardly unbearable.

I eat constantly and don't snack. Did anyone share the same problem as I do? hope someone can help me.

I really hope that I can shit better next time and I envy those who shit without a problem. Thanks for helping.
