hi all, i have heard that there is a remote software that can unlock 8310 fones by entering the imei number and network and gives you code to enter in the fone.is this true? and wot is this software?

I'm rather new at this. Can anyone help as to what I need to unlock DCT-4 cellphones? I also need what kind of programs and cables I need and where to buy it or how to make it. Thanks.
