8210 refusing to charge - any bright ideas out there?

Hi Folks !!

I've got an 8210 acting funny! Battery seems to be fully discharged, when I chuck it on my charger, it recognises it (beeps and charging animation starts) but its either not actually charging, or the battery is dead (which seems wrong, the battery is only about 6mths old and has been fine until now). This problem arose suddenly.

Can anyone out there offer an idea? Even some things to check?

First check it with other good known working battery...if not working read my guide in articles section there is some tips and tricks bout that problem...
