What does this symbol mean?

I have a Nokia 7600. On the Clock Screen Saver there is a symbol with an arrow pointing towards a phone. What does this mean?

I think you'll find it's the call divert symbol, so it just means that all or some calls are diverted probably to answerphone (if not answered or missed).
You can check by going to Menu/Settings/Call Settings/Call Divert and then you can check the status.
