unlocking n-gage, please help!

i am unsure of the following..

GEN, Nokia model, and Network. i am on movistar / telefonica spain on prepay and as there are two options for the network, i am unsure of which one to use.

any help would be greatly appreciated as i need a uk sim to work asap.
