Hi everyone - I am having a problem with my Phoenix software/hardware. A little background:

About a year and a half ago, I tried setting up Phoenix 3.60, along with the PKD-1 DesKey, FLS-4S adapter, and the FLA-13 adapter for 3360 phones. I plugged the PKD-1 DesKey into the LPT port, and the FLS-4S to the PKD-1. I installed the software and did everything in the instructions - at least 15 times (installed, uninstalled, installed, etc). The problem I was having was the software would not see the FBus on any COMx to communicate with the FLA-13 attached to the 3360 phone. I tried for days to get the thing to work...

Jump to 6 months later, I attempted it again (3360 phones were building up in our warehouse that needed to be flashed and sent out). While in the midst of hari-kari, it dawned on me to connect the FLS-4S to the LPT port WITHOUT the PKD-1. Sure as sh*t it worked... not realising at the time that the Phoenix software should require the PKD-1 to be plugged into the LPT port to actually work. Anyway, everything worked great...

Jump to 10 months later (today) and I go to run the Phoenix software to flash a 3360, and it says "DESKey not found. Attach DESKey and restart software". I don't know what happened! It was working great!

I have tried to uninstall everything and reinstall it again with the same results. My problem is, I have everything legit, but the FLS-4S refuses to be recognized on the FBus with the PKD-1 DESKey attached. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated!
