Annoying problem with computer- please help!

Guys, please help me with my computer!

Since half way through today, all the text on web pages has become huge, making sites like this one and other forums i use look real ugly. I originally thought it was a resolution problem, but my resolution is still at 1024x768 pixels as it has always been. Whats going on?

It could be the text size. I think if you hold ctrl and scroll the wheel on your mouth it changes it, or you can change it in IE on the view menu then text size.
