need software for motorola v300

hi all is there any software for motorola v300 to put ringtones and wallpapers, pics etc.


any one have a link, i want to use it with china made usb cable, also i will need drivers

I was woundering if anyone can help me fix my Motorola V300, i used the USB
cable to load some mp3 files and i tried to unlock it and change the load up file " i think. now my phone won't even restart. sometimes the phone only works for a few minute then goes back down but the screen is always blank.
